Carrie and Tanya share some thoughts about their first year at their new schools. We each share 3 things that have gone well, and one goal or wish for next year.

Know Better, Do Better
Tanya reflects on how it's difficult to have conversations with colleagues about problematic literature and the importance of stepping up and not being afraid to have those conversations.
Work Smarter, Not Harder
Carrie recommends having a small stage map included in your performance programs so that audience members will have an idea of where their child will be standing during the performance and seat themselves accordingly. Carrie also recommends having your program in a digital format with a QR code posted along with a small stack of printed programs.
Coda
Tanya recommends watching "Schmicago" on Apple TV
Carrie recommends watching "Murdaugh Murders" A Southern Scandal" on Netflix
